Section 01

Made in Lebanon, shipped worldwide#

Every box is packed and posted from Lebanon. That is where the wood is infused, where the boxes are filled and where your parcel starts its journey.

Lebanon and the Gulf are home, but they are not the limit. Whether you are in Beirut, Dubai or New York, we ship to you.

Section 02

Where we ship to#

• Lebanon. Anywhere in Lebanon.
• Gulf & Middle East. The UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan and the rest of the region.
• Rest of the world. Europe, North America — New York included — and everywhere else our courier delivers.

A small number of places are out of reach — where the law does not let us send goods, or where our courier does not deliver. Checkout will not offer delivery there, so you will find out before you pay, never after. Not sure about your country? Email hello@pikit.store and we will tell you honestly.

Section 03

How your parcel travels#

Every order leaving Lebanon flies. It goes by air freight with a professional courier, with tracking from our door to yours. We never send parcels by sea: it is slow, and a box that spends a month in a container is not the box we packed.

Section 04

What shipping costs#

Outside Lebanon, we pay half your shipping. Flying a small parcel across the world costs real money, and we would rather you tried Pik’it than paid for the plane. So we split the courier’s charge down the middle: we pay 50%, you pay 50%. The price you see at checkout is already your half — nothing more is added later.

Where a product page says shipping is included, it is included — the price you see is the price you pay, with nothing added at checkout. The Monthly Six plan is priced this way.

Either way, your shipping cost is shown at checkout from your delivery address, before you pay. You will never be asked for a shipping cost after an order is placed.

Section 05

How long it takes#

The first batch ships as soon as the first batch is ready. We have deliberately not printed a date anywhere on this site, because we do not have one we would stake our name on yet.

Once we are shipping routinely, orders are dispatched within two working days and arrive fast — a week or less, wherever you are. The estimate for your country appears at checkout. Those estimates are the courier’s, not ours — customs can add time to any international parcel and no seller can promise otherwise.

Section 06

Duty and import tax#

On an international order, import duty and local sales tax are set by your country and charged by your customs authority. They are not included in our price, they are not part of the shipping we split with you, we do not receive them, and they are yours to pay. Your courier will usually collect them before delivery.

Many countries charge nothing on a small parcel like ours, but the rules are theirs, not ours, and we cannot calculate them for you.

Section 07

Tracking, and when something goes wrong#

You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

• It has not arrived. Give the tracking a few days to update, then email us. If it is genuinely lost we replace it or refund it — your choice, not ours.
• It arrived damaged. Send us a photo. We replace it, and we do not ask for the damaged one back.
• The address was wrong. Tell us fast. Before dispatch we can fix it; after dispatch we have to wait for the parcel to come back to us.
